BCAA summer cocktails to build muscle

Create fresh and delicious cocktails supplemented with BCAA this summer or anytime of the year. Building muscle doesn’t need to be hard and unappetising.

While some supplement companies offer a great range of flavours, you can still boost the taste by adding few, simple and rich ingredients. You will not only increase your recovery but support the immune system by reinforcing with vitamins and minerals that contain powerful anti-oxidant properties.

Reinvigorate your recovery drinks with some of the examples below. Quick and without hassle.

Blueberry, Mint & Lemonade with BCAA

BCAA blueberry mind lemonade

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 1 handful of fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 3 leafs of mint
  • ~300ml Sprite / tonic water or plain sparkling water.
  • 10g of BCAA
  • Ice

Simply add one handful of fresh blueberries into one glass together with 3 leafs of mint. Smash them together with a wooden spoon until the mixture is mushy.

After the first mixture, cut a quarter of a lemon and squeeze the juice out into the glass and then add the 10 grams of your favourite BCAA supplement.

Finally, top up the glass with ice and pour in your preferred sparkling drink without forgetting to add the second quarter of the lemon to give that extra kick. Garnish the drink at your choice.

Use a spoon and mix everything together to solute the BCAA in the sparkling drink. Fit in a straw and enjoy it.

Dark forest with BCAA

BCAA blackberry strawberry raspberry

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 2 strawberries
  • 4 raspberries
  • 5 blackberries
  • 3 leafs of mint
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • ~300ml of Sprite
  • 10g of BCAA
  • Ice

Following the same procedure as the first recipe, add all berries into a glass together with the leafs of mint. Crush them together until you get mushy product. After, join the teaspoon of honey and your favourite BCAA into the smashed mixture.

To finish, add the ice and fill it with Sprite. You can use other sparkling drink but I prefer Sprite since this recipe doesn’t have lemon or you can add a slice of lemon if preferred. The honey will help soothe the bitter taste.

Strawberry n’ Kiwi with BCAA

  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 3 leafs of mint

It’s a simpler drink to compose. The procedure is the same as the previous ones, smash the strawberries and half of a kiwi together in a glass with the leafs of mint. Add the BCAA, top up with ice and fill it with the sparkling drink.

Add a straw and you’re ready to go. As always, garnish at your choice.
